An electrical power engineer by trade with over 25 years’ experience working within the UK electricity supply industry, Steven has extensive
experience in grid connection strategy, feasibility assessment, and the development of practical, compliant design solutions for grid-connected
electrical infrastructure projects.
Lisa Clark | Director, Delivery
With extensive experience in project development, construction management, and asset management, Lisa provides senior leadership across the
delivery lifecycle of grid-connected electrical infrastructure projects. Lisa oversees delivery-stage activities from early development through
construction, commissioning, and operational readiness, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with programme and
compliance requirements.
Gary Gay | Director
Gary is a Board Director with over 50 years’ experience in the UK electricity supply industry.
An electrical power engineer by trade, he has extensive experience across design, construction, operations, and maintenance of electricity networks. During his career, Gary founded both an ICP design-and-build contracting business and an IDNO, giving him deep insight into contestable works, network adoption, and regulatory requirements.
